When integrating with WFH there are a couple of configuration items you’ll need to make decisions on:
- Will the payroll system or WFH be the system of record for employee data?
- If WFH will be the system of record for employee data, will your product configuration be set up to automatically apply ESS address changes or not? If it is, ESS address changes will not be returned by the Get ESS Pending Changes endpoint.
